Your campaign plan posted on your blog shows an execution of your tactics, screen shots of status updates, media, polls, Facebook ad, anything you've done according to plan to encourage Likes and Shares.
My Facebook campaign was about a retail store Bohme. It is a store for women of all ages that are looking for fashion forward clothing. The reason I made this Facebook page was because there was no Facebook page for the business so I thought to create the Facebook page so we can get more traffic in the store and boost our sales. We worked together to post between the Instagram page and the Facebook page as well.

Your posted Facebook Insights data are analyzed in terms of Likes, Reach, Visits, Posts and People. Your analysis shows what worked, what didn't and why.

Looking back at the post that I made it did reach plenty of people, but it looked like there was not very many likes. I know that if I would have spent some money on adds it would have reached way more people and we would have had more likes. The other thing that would have helped too is to do giveaways on the Facebook page that would have gotten people to like the page more. I definitely think that I needed to invest in this to get a lard audience.

A posted summary is written regarding the campaign plan and how it increased traffic on your FB page and other channels used in cross-promotion, indicating trends in goals set for the campaign.

I would post between Facebook and Instagram. Every once in a while I would use snap chat to reach other people that are not on FB or insta. Hashtag is another way that could reach others that are on the explorer page on Instagram.  I also did a post of recognition for the store manager. That is the one that got the most likes out of all the post that I did. We also did post encouraging people to post what they bought out clothing and tag us on the pictures. That way we can feature them on our Instagram and Facebook bage showing appreciation for our customres.

Your post includes a self-evaluation of the execution of your campaign, what worked to increase impressions and what you would do differently.

I believe that with a little more attention to details on the page I would have gotten a lot more activity on the page. Doing the giveaway would have for sure increased the facebook activity and would have gvien me more followers and likes. Even with my own facebook I don't do very much with it, so I was still a little new to figuring out more about facebook advertising. If I was more familiar with how things worked I would not be more hesitant about posting and would be more open about posting. Obviously doing more to the page would have given me more activity on it.

sustainability App

My group decided to do ours on helping the homeless situation. We have seen that there are a lot of homeless people and it is getting worse as time goes on. We wanted to have a way to help these people get back the life that they lost. There are times that becoming homeless was not their fault it is something that can happen to any of us. We did find some sites that help the homeless in San Diego but none her in Utah. We want to create a site or app that homeless centers can help the homeless be able to find jobs through the job search sites and also be able to help them create their profile so employers can see a little about them. One other thing that we also wanted to do is get the community involved have the barber shops volunteer their time to help the homeless look presentable and able to successfully get a job. Even the cosmetology schools they have to put in hours and have practice to be able to graduate and get their license. It could be a great way for them to get the extra practice and give back to their community.

Automatic attitudinal response

Going back and reading what I have wrote on my OTM, I do not say anything different than what others say. A majority of the people that I have talked to, and some of my class mates have the same thoughts. I am not a trump supporter at all. Especial for the fact that at one point he was wanting to separate me from my family, and I don't doubt that he still has those plans. I want to believe that our new fearless leader will make " "America great again" like he is saying, but separating families, is not the way to go. Yes I do hesitate to write some of my thought on my blog because I don't like to " rock the boat." I rather stay to myself and not cause chaos around me. There are things that I am very strongly against, others I am very open minded about. One is my family and their safety, I live everyday worried that I will get that phone call saying that my parent have been taken from their home because they are illegal immigrants, they live in fear as well, so much that they have given up all their properties to sign them over to my name so if the day comes that they are not here, I will be able to hand all of the financial responsibilities that they have here, car payments, mortgage, bills, bank accounts, ect.
I do not support your leader that we have, anyone that know me knows that I am very against him. I am not one to go around with riots, because that will just bring more power to him. He wants to deport people that are just here to work and have a better life.
A debate that I was watching  stated that his casino, his hotels, and all his other buildings would not be up and running if it was not for there immigrants. contracting companies hire 90% of their staff are immigrants, it is not because they can get away with paying them less, it is because they are hard working and get the job done right. Most of the staff is immigrants, that do the cooking, cleaning, serving, and more. So he basically took advantage of their work to build his business, and now he wants to get ride of them like if they are some toy that once he is tired of playing with it he tosses it away.

What we know about the boarder OTM#2

The on the media that I was listening to was talking about the testimonies of people that were retained in the boarder and mistreated because they seemed like they were immigrants. The people told their story on how they did not even give them a chance to ask questions and when they did the officers would respond with " it is not your right to know." These people were US citizens, and the officers did not care, they still treated them like criminals. This was in Terr-onto, Canada, but this kind of maltreatment happens in all US boarders, to all those that they feel like could be a threat.
My husband has had the unfortunate experience that group did in Canada. He was 15 when his parents decided that since he is a US citizen he should come to school her instead of growing up in Mexico where his opportunities are limited. They sent him with his uncle that lives in Phoenix, Arizona so he could go live there. when they were at the boarder they were passing security to get their passports checked, get through. When they got to him they saw him, and saw that he did not know any English at all, so they immediately though he was being smuggled to the USA. The boarder patrol took him into custody, and just left him there for a few hours.
He says that they would talk about him, but would not even try to talk to him, or ask him any questions. The officers had not even looked at his identifications to see that he is in fact a US citizen, they were just going with their assumptions. A few hours later they finally talked to him, they would ask him same questions over and over again. what is your real name? Who's identification are you using to cross over? Why are you lying to us? etc. The officers would keep asking him those questions in hopes that he would answer something different.
He was not able to make a call to his parents, his uncle was not able to see him or talk to him either they denied all requests that they would ask. The kept him there over night and told him that they needed to investigate more. The next day they decided to search his luggage, that is when they saw that he had his american passport, social security card, birth certificate, and more. That's when they decided to let him go a few hours later, without any explanation or even contacting a family member to go pick him up. He was released to fend for himself in a world that he had no knowledge of, and was not able to communicate with most of the population.
So instead of Trump trying to make a bigger wall that will not do no good because people regardless will find a way to come to the US he should be improving the boarder patrol in the way to not just detain inasent people just because of the way that they look.

Racism WI#3

Racism is something that has been part of me my whole life. My own kind are not the only ones that experience racism. I have lived her in Utah most of my life and have not witnessed racism on my self as others have in other states. That does not mean that one day I will not be targeted. In the race batters video i showed that in the beginning it was racism on the whites, the poor whites that could not afford to make a living. Then it went to blacks racism was triggered to on the blacks. Now we live in a world that we though racism has been put behind us, and we started to live in a better world. I believe that we all deserve to be treated equally no matter what color your skin is. With the new leadership that we have now it seems like he is promoting that being racist is okay. It is making people think that miss treating others is not a bad thing because of their skin color. Like Mattew Cooke said "the same color red gives us all life" we should not look down at some one because of their color. We are all created equal and there for we should all be treated equally.
I am Hispanic women with immigrant parents. They are undocumented, and always live in fear that they will be deported. They came here looking for a better life, and they found it, but they also found that they have to watch their backs everywhere they go. Even I live in fear that one day I will get a call from they saying that I will no longer see them again. Just because they look different does not mean that they should be treated different. Here in Saint George we have had friends, and family members that have been accused of being illegal immigrants, just because they have the Hispanic characteristics.
I have been in a car with a coworker and have gotten pulled over because she did not have her head lights on. They asked her all they usual question, and she complied. The odd thing that was asked of her is if she was "a citizen". That has nothing to do with the fact that her head lights were not on. She did answer him that she was, he wanted to see proof, and that was going too far. My coworker did say that she did not have to disclose that information to him, and she asked for his badge number. The officer knew that he was in the wrong and apologized, she still asked for the badge number because he did not want to give it to her.
People assume that we are illegal because of the color of our skin, but they should not be so quick to assume, because one never knows what the situation is.

Privacy WI#2

Everyone has always wanted privacy. Privacy is as security blanket for a lot of people. Sometimes we think that just because we have our settings set as private, we think that no one can see our information, but in reality there are always ways that your info can get out there and others can see what we don’t want them to see. Even with my searches that I do on my own I could be searching about makeup on one computer and then search about books on another computer, but somehow they have linked me between the two searches even when they are total different computers. It advertises my search about other makeup artists and other tutorials that I should watch.

For those that post their whole life on social media I can see where privacy could be an issue for them. Posting every single detail of your life on there and then turning around and complaining that there is no privacy, everyone knows about their business, or why people are nosy. It doesn’t really help to their whole life is on the internet so that defeats the purpose of privacy. For the celebrities, it’s hard to have a private life because they have paparazzi following them wherever they go watching their every move.

Just like in this statistic the main sources of internet privacy worry is fraud. As of 2016, the threat to online privacy comes from a few different directions. On one hand, in the United States, online hackers are feared by some 96 percent of internet users. Disclosure of sensitive personal data such as credit card information or social security number, which can lead to stolen identities and financial damages, is the most common fear of internet users. A 2015 study shows that payment card fraud losses in the United States have been increasing recently. It estimated that by 2018, more than 9 billion U.S. dollars will be lost due to payment card fraud, 6.4 billion due to CNP (card not present) transactions, where the card is not physically available during the purchase transaction (as in the case of online or mobile purchases) and only 1.8 billion due to counterfeiting.

Even from personal experience working at a bank I witness this a lot. Especially in the elderly people, scammers scare the people and let them know that they will ask some questions for their protection. They don't know any better so they give them all the information, and that's how they get a hold of their information and accounts.
